OCTOBER 2017 JUDGEMENTS:
Why did the supreme court is supporting Rohingya people(citizens of Myanmar)? Will these Judges allow some desperate Indians to stay in their home/buildings allocated to them by the Govt of India? How it is going to guide the Govt of India in treating them?
As far as we know Rohingya people(citizens of Myanmar) people are moving here and there in search of food and shelter and donot have any aim or intention in the growth of stabilty , prosperity of Indians. What the Govt. of India has to do with these people
(1) Provide them shelter at the time Indians are facing unemployement.
(2) Ask them to do crime and get food from fellow Indians.
(3) Reducing the salaries of judges and other officials and give that money to these people.
These Judges willnot allow fellow Indians to enter inside the buildings allocated/belonging to them but they are giving advices and judgements that outsiders can come and stay in India.
Atleast have the Supreme court taken any promises from these people on their religious books that ," They will help to maintain peace and growth of the nation and neither they nor their children or desecendents will do any crime to any fellow Indian citizen under any case" etc..,. Such kind of simillar prayers are common in schools
as today's refugees are tomorrow's Indian citizens.

AUGUST 2018 DOUBTS:
The supreme court follows Indian constitution but why it uses religious texts instead of indian flag or constitution while taking oath from witness?
It wants to go against religion by taking advantage if someone tells false statement after taking oath on religious text. If the same person tells false statement after taking oath on Indian constitution or Indian flag then what will they do?

Why did supreme court made ban on fire crackers?
As far as we know daily some crores of Indians are eating food , going toilets dropping dead animals that are going into rivers. The Musi river in Hyderabad is a good example of that mixing(water pollution). The supreme court is not banning people to eat food atleast one day per week and protect rivers but asking not to use fire crackers that is comming once in a year.
Simillarly it is not taking any measures on the following but giving ban on festivals why?
People use personal petrol/diesel vehicles that gives pollution.
Chemical industries in city premises.
Usage of Air Conditioners ,diesel generators etc..,
Not making compulsory plantation on top floor for appartments simillar to parking in ground floor.
If people use crackers on one day per year it becomes pollution and illegal.
Is it because of religion or is it because the judge himself is involved in polluting rivers and polluting air.

Ayyappa Swamy devotees should not wear black dress as it indicates darkness
Devotees shouldnot hide anything from gods so that gods can listen their prayers and help them so devotees shouldnot use black dress.

Ladies are being pushed down and time has come that ladies are to be given equal opportunities as gents.

Temples should deposit the donation amount in banks and pay taxes
There are taxes on almost all kinds of income then not leave temples. Temples are getting income from devotees in various forms going unaccounted so temple authorities pay taxes on the generated amount and pay taxes by maintaining an account. This step is last preffered as Temple authorities appointments are done by government and temple funds can be distributed in other interests.
